Hi members. I’m starting to design my second battery install and would like to know what fuse box your using and how you have it set up.

Thanks
Mark

I use circuit distributors of the german company Votronic since many years and very happy with them. Do not know if you can get them in the US, but the company has a english webiste. For example the power distributors: VOTRONIC - Power Distributors

As a developer and manufacturer Votronic sell their products to commercial customers only as fa as I know. So you have to find a retailer.

In case you are interested, I can contact them for you to find out if they have any point of sales in the US. Just let me know.

And I went the Amazon prime route. I read all the reviews and chose the Nirider 6 gang system. It is very well made, heavy guage wiring on the battery side, 16g fused hot side. It has a single flat cable (quite long) that connects to the switch panel inside. The switch panel is where it sucks some. Its rinky dinky with plastic pushbutton clicky squares. The lighting inside the switch is fairly bright too.
I did not mount my switch instead I have it loose under my tilt steering area where I can easily access it without having the annoyng green light in my eye.
not the best pic of the unit, as I am not a big picture taker... but I had to make a bracket to mount the fuse box.

This is the fuse box I have inside my second battery box I made from a Dewalt toolbox. I've used a lot of Blue Sea products in my setups and they are of great quality!

I also used a Blue Seas fuse box, but I installed it in an unused cup holder in the cargo area:
