Found this today as a barn find the guy said he will take $1300. What should I watch out for? It is 6x8 is that too big?

I don't have specific information for this type of trailer, but...

I see some rust, I'd check underneath the trailer to see if the floor pan or structural points have significant rot.
I'd repack the bearings when you get it home.
