72" 23zero RTT in Utah, any offer takes it, will trade for a beverage

I have a moderately used 23zero 72" Byron RTT and annex room available for a new home. The tent is about 5 years old. The tent fabric and mattress are in perfect condition. The screen zipper on the tent door at the top of the ladder is getting worn and easily separates. One annex room screen door zip is in the same condition, but there are other doors on the annex room and the fabric door of the tent is in perfect condition. The annex floor has a couple minor holes. Great opportunity to try out a RTT for cheap. New, the combo was $2000. Available for pickup in Syracuse Utah for $300 obo.
