From what I just found, all you need is your Vetean ID card to be admitted... just be mindful that there is a “May” grant access or discounts at the public lands you are wishing to visit. If the park, campground, or commissary is ran by a private third party, then the discounts don’t apply.

Haven't had the chance to do any camping in the northwest yet but hope to remedy that if this COVID mess ever goes away. Hope it will be OK to reach out for suggestions when that time does come.

Of course you can reach out to myself, or any of the northwest member representative team for local information. Parts of the northwest are being hit harder than others in this pandemic... where I live it’s statistically more probable to get trampled by a raging bull than getting the virus. But then again, cattle outnumber humans 100-1
