Since our 62 Series is an 88, I'd import a 90, 91 HJ 80 Series, or Troopie. . . Parts could be sourced from Gibralter Toyota. I'd also import a 1990 Mercedes Uni-mog - These units are available in Canada and Mexico, with Left -hand Drive. My biggest concern is the ability to purchase replacement parts. I'll sign the petition, but Congress is so dead-lock, without a couple million signers - we'll get a ho-hum. What we need is to elect a couple Overlanders from the Western States to replace Lefties and Lawyers, to help move this forward.
