Hello! Newbie to overlanding. I've always drug a boat on trips camping, or a trailer with the quad on hunting trips. I'm excited to leave the 3 room tent with the double tall air mattress behind and get set up for adventure. So far my truck is completely stock. Well as stock as the trailboss is. I'm looking into NutHouse Expedition Nutzo – Tech 2 series rack. But man it's expensive! I'm wondering if it's worth it? I'm still looking into tents for the top. Still deciding between a hard or soft case. I feel the hard case would be better on the trails. I already have a set of maxtracks and a couple of rotopax water and fuel jugs. I'm still looking for a winch bumper. There's not much for lifts or skid plates out there yet. I'm wondering what else I need to do to get out on the trails?
