I finally have a 4Runner; so far I’ve added a tint, center console safe and KO2 tires. My questions are, what should I upgrade first? Here are some mods I have in mind: lift, front bumper, rock slider and roof rack. I can’t do all at one time, my pockets are not that deep. I’m leaning towards a lift first to manage all that weight I’m going to add in the future and have some ground clearance. Any advice or recommendations on a complete lift kit? TIA!

I have a 2018 PRO, and have done most of the upgrades you have listed. For me personally, the first thing that needed to go was the pathetic steps that they put on at the port. The front bumper and winch were next in line for me, but I should have done a lift before the bumper. I didnt go with a $42,000 super cool name brand roof rack. I went with one that was affordable, and held my stuff. I decided to spend more money on a quality light bar, and less on the rack.

You were smart to start with new tires and getting lifts is definitely the second thing to do. I learned the hard way going through death valley as a stock 2016 4runner :tonguewink:... got back home and purchased ICON lifts and KO2 tires. I'd look at getting rock sliders next (stock running boards are useless for any type of rock crawling), then get a front bumper and winch. Depending what your carrying the roof rack is right up there as a needed addition.
