you don't think a set of 4:10 gears would work? I am going to be on 35s real soon and I chose to go with 4:10 in the near future, should I rethink?

I was planning on calling them after the holiday since ARB recommended them for the items needed for an air locker so I can ask them at the same time. Thanks!

I would stick with 4.10 for better millage and still have plenty of power. Mine has the 6 speed so your 8 speed should pull the 4.10 just fine if you go to deep it will act more responsive down low but you can lose some acceleration. I ran 4.88s and it was a slug a lot like accelerating in low range a lot of torque but, the motor was to busy shifting to get out of its own way. My MPG also dropped to 10 MPG from 18 with the 4.10s

IMHO 4.10's for 33" and 4.56 for 35's. You may drop a few percent in mpg but the performance improvement is worth it.

I have the Detroit tru trac and so far it has worked great!
The new gears have stopped the gear hunting that I had before, at 75 if it starts slowing down by 1mph it picks the cruise set speed right up. Before it had to lose about 3mph before it would pick back up to cruise speed.
