2017 4Runner question

Anyone familiar with the ordering process for a TRD PRO 4Runner in the northeast Ohio area? My brother is trying to give someone his money but no one seems to know what's what. He's gotten 4 different stories so far......

When can he order one?? No one seems to know the date

The first allocation of any of the 17 4runners won't be till January. So know one really knows exactly how long it will take for the pro to be delivered

Once the dealer puts the order in for allocation in January. Usually you can get estimated build date soon there after. If he feels likes purchasing one in SC let me know.
