What else can you get deals on? Can you hook a fellow X'er up?:innocent:
When I sign w/ them I'll let you know. They're coming out to see me on 4/11 so I'll have paperwork and such to do. Dometic owns Zamp solar so that's part of the deal too which will be cool. Funny how I was able to find uses all of this for the HD industry.

That could be handy indeed. I've got a 20A Renogy DC-DC charger that's going in the trailer, and and I'll eventually want to add solar charging to it.

Long story short, one of my favorite vehicles I've ever owned was my thermal red 2004 Xterra I had bought back in 2005. For whatever reason, I sold it before I got married and have missed it since. New job somewhat dictates that I sold my Tacoma and bought nice nice daily driver. I'm going to use this thread to track progress of the build. Not sure if anyone will follow, but I like to have a record and enjoy tracking the progress. So, without further adieu..

Already installed:
  • ARB bumper
  • Lightforce venoms and strykers
  • Goodyear duratracs
  • TJM snorkel
  • Yakima loadwarrior with extension
  • 2" lift in the front
  • Rockford fosgate speakers
  • Scangauge II
  • Removed side steps and mud flaps
  • CVT Awning
  • sPod Mini
  • Midland GMRS
  • Midland 6dB gain antenna
  • OEM Nissan steel wheels
  • Bilstein 5100 / 5125
  • CVT shower tent
  • rear ditch lights
  • Bilstein 5100 / 5125
  • AC rear lift shackles
  • GOBI Ladder

Waiting to be installed:

  • Shrockworks sliders
  • Shrockworks skids
How it stands as of today.

Real reason? I only clear my garage by an inch or so as it is.
We are house-hunting. I bring my truck to every house rather than her car. I back up to the garage and if I cant get in, there needs to be some other very compelling feature in that house or I'm not so interested

Few pics from this week. I got a new DSLR and never really messed with one before. They are edited in lightroom, but I think they came out pretty good for a rookie.

Traded it for this. Didn't love it. Wasn't comfortable in it. I always wanted a disco, this fell in my lap so I got it!
Fair enough. Are you gonna be starting a thread for the disco?

Got anything laying around from the X that you wanna get rid of for cheap? :grinning:

At some point I will for sure. Nah, nothing left for the X. What I could take off to move over I took and everything else I gave the new owner. I do have a set of skids but you'd have to drive to NJ to get them!

I don't have skids for mine yet.....

I bought my sliders from a guy on xterranation, and UPS just but a shipping tag on them. They weren't even in a box. Just saying it might be an option....and I'd pay for shipping.

Your New Build Link takes you back to the first page of the Nissan build, no Land Rover Build thread yet?

They're welded into 1 piece and probably weighs 100 lbs. They're also dirty..
