We got this van last year, and was not sure we were going to to anything to the interior. But, after the off road market went skyrocketing this year, and pushed vehicles to double in price, we decided to make this work for us, and will likely be a good sale once we move on.

How it arrived;

-worn out suspension parts, and a smoky interior!
-replaced; ball joint, tie rod ends, control arm bushing, torsion bar bushing, shocks, gaskets, solenoids, filters, fluids, tires, brake pads, cv boots (x3), differential bushings, engine crossmember bushings, glow plugs.

Had the waste-gate arm decide to separate on a three week trip, so metal twine held the gate closed enough to build foot manageable boost (with an aftermarket gauge).

when repairing this, most of the parts were on my bench, so some powdercoating and ceramic paint was not too much trouble.

We really liked the wheels it came with, but they had been hand painted...so we powdercoated those too!

Gutted the back, and did wood floor, wood paneling, custom fridge / cooler slide, custom compound slide kitchen.

So far it has been great anywhere we went. Has not stumbled on any trail. Loves the warm dry weather, just like us.

The fall/winter/spring will have the solar, sink, pump, power, cushions, rear suspension beef up, rear swing weld up being tackled!
