Looks good, I’ve been thinking about doing something similar with mine. I like how the center is removable.

Yeah we built the whole bed right so I can remove it in under 5 min and have just a truck bed.

What do you have planned for the rear to handle the weight? I dig the bed setup. Someday I'll find a nicelt priced used ARE cap so I can do something similar.

So far it's holding up the weight of all the gear and what not great. I went with an add a leaf lift instead of a block. May end up having to put some air bags though.
