No place to RSVP... Perhaps its already full?? I have seen a few people post saying the same but I thought I already put in my RSVP. I can't view the attending list. I will be there regardless.. Hope that we can squeeze some room
Well, in my experience every group of people have their idiots! For some people... Any excuse to get drunk and fight and act that way then they will take it.
I run a set of General Grabber AT2 tires. They have not let me down. Road noise is low which is a + and the tread blocks are spaced just far enough apart that keeping the tread clean is quite easy.. I have also had the Yokahama Geolander AT's that were great as well.
I live about 11 miles from the office with is 90% freeway so that helps with the gas. I have been an advid bike rider my whole life so I "try" and ride to work 2 days a week in the spring and fall. Living in las vegas when it is some times over 100 at 7:30am in the summer and not wanting to be a...
Othet than Alaska.. Nevada has the most BLM land. North of Las Vegas there are a lot of great places. It is also a central point to go almost anywhere. Utah/ Moab is 5 hours. Duck Creek is 3 hours. The beach in CA is less than 4. Valley of Fire is 3.5. Joshua Tree or Mojave is 3.5. Hell you can...
My 87 Subaru GL is named Frank.. As in Frankenstein's monster because it's now being held together by all kinds of stuff. Also, since it is straight piped and carbureted.. it's loud as hell. My Suzuki XL7 is Exley.
I am on my second set of general grabbers... I have been more than pleased with this them. The AT2s that are on my truck are quiet on the highway and rugged as hell off-road.
Based on the photo and the "snow on Mt. Charleston" comment it looks like we are both in Vegas. I am in the West side near summerlin. Nice Taco!! There is a ton of mods for that truck.

Hey Randy,
I am new to overlanding and to OB but not the outdoors. I am in Vegas full time. My rig is just getting started ('87 Subaru GL 4x4 wagon) but hopefully soon we could hit some trails.
