I haven't had any issues at all with it. Flow seems to be the same with or without filter. Prob wears on the battery life a little more of the pump but no biggy

I tested it with and without the filter and the pump doesnt seem to struggle with the filter at all as it was about the same amount of flow. These pumps are similar to a home fridge water dispenser in terms of flow for reference.
