What are your thoughts on a prefilter for air filter? We run in so much dust in the desert here its hard on air filters. I used one on my SxS and worked well. Anyone know of a source for an LR4? Any better ideas for high dust ?

Does sidewall height factor into the low pressure range? I have 20" wheels still unfortunately so not a lot of sidewall. I am always worried about going too low.

What cargo liner are you using for dogs or other general protection? I used to have a great brand I used in Suburbans but now can't find it. I like sift liners that cover sides as well. Thoughts?

2 part epoxy can be useful in a variety of situations too. Kind of hi tech duct tape.

My LR4 is also my dd. It's about 6 months old now and already showing scratches or pin striping as we call it. I use it but also try to protect it as much as I can. Has anyone tried a wrap for protection? I've asked others with varying responses. Also any idea of cost?

Did you sand the paint prior to applying? And did you remove tape right away or let dry a bit?

There must be a point that wide becomes too wide out here in AZ. Picking a line through the rocks could be tough if tire gets too wide.

Seems making sure the spindle is straight vertical might be tough. If it isn't exact swinging won't be balanced. Also, might need reinforcing to make sure the spindle doesn't flex the surface mounted to.

My delima is I didn't know about the HD package when I bought my LR4 and it doesn't have it. I'd like to have it but they are even harder to find now. And the process of selling and buying without losing a lot of money is tough. Traction control does a great job so it is more than adequate...

I use google earth for exploring as well. I find an area that looks interesting. Then I zoom in close to see the pictures that have been posted in the vicinity. This starts the list for things to see and do when in the area.

BFG KO2 were my choice just a couple of weeks ago. So far I am really enjoying them. My rig is a DD so street performance was important to me. These seem to be perfect. Noise is minimal. Handling is tight still. They are a heavy tire and it comes through the vehicle a bit but I expected...
