Thanks for the compliment. The 80/20 is doing great in the back both for the drawer system & for the MaxTrax hanging off of the tire carrier. It's the same stuff that they're using for the GooseGear systems.

I used heavy gauge PVC pipe cut to length as the spacer between the base platform and the floor of the Jeep. I anchored it in at the four factory anchor points. As I recall, this is an M6.
the wood finish is just a gray wash that you can get at the local Home...
A quick update on the final details. I added leather pulls and completed the shelf over the Dometic.

The color on the panels evened out over time. The coat on the panel over the Dometi was still drying.
