Don't be hating on the subies. This is overlanding and not rock crawling. My Crosstrek has had a minimal change in fuel economy and is way cheaper than a 4 Runner. Run what you wanna run and have fun.

No doubt! We are trying to limit radio time as the state is starting to bill us, but the old-timers can't give up talking on the radio versus pushing buttons on an iPad.

Scott, I feel your pain. We added iPads to our apparatus and the monkeys kept ripping them out of the mounts. Can't have nice things with firefighters around. We use them for IamR and CAD.
