I know it’s been awhile but its been one crazy year! Hope y’all doing ok. Thought I had the Jeep running but it was still running rough, found antifreeze in the oil so next I’m replacing head gasket and hop it fixes the problem. After I get it running I’m going to build a small camper trailer...
Welcome! Love Hawaii and cant wait to get back with my Jeep. Also hope to see California some time too. Hope you enjoy your time here and meet and make some new friends.
Well its been a while hope all is well. Finaly got the Jeep running, after 3 months of me tinker I got to my brother's place for help and turns out it was a simple fix... Now I'm looking at getting a newer Jeep as I'm looking to live in it semi full time, but we'll see after I get back to...

I like doing the work on my Jeep myself as it gives me the knowledge I'd need out on the trail. And ya youtube is great. The dipping looks cool but not my cup of tea, hope you have fun though.
Like was said do some car/tent camping someplace local so you can get an idea of what your family needs plus if things go wrong you can head home easily. As for the gear don't go overboard at first, look at what stuff you have at home already you can use, like for me I would love a RTT for my...
