2023 has been a light solo travel year so far. Only major trip has been the East coast in May. Time to look at options to upgrade from the jeep... maybe!
2022 = New year and new opportunities to explore. What should be my 1st adventure: 1. Go back to NB to do a memorial fundraiser run on a childhood trail? Or 2. Explore someplace new to me with the Jeep?
Actually it is a weird intersection in Grand Falls, NB, Canada where the street meets at the end of another 2 way street but the northbound lame I'm in becomes the on ramp to highway 2 westbound. I just grabbed a quick picture of the sunrise.
I found that focusing on my regrets, robbed me of seeking out a new and better future. None of this easy, and it is ok to not be ok. My point is that I grow into a better me by focusing on a better future.
I will live my life without regret. I will seek out the beauty this world has to offer in abundance. When I die I want my life to be full of stories and memories, and not enough time to share them.

Axles rebuilt and tested, rig serviced, loaded up and hitting the trails this weekend. Looking to be in Lingham Lake Ontario on Labour Day! Lots to explore the next few days!
Nope, I believe it is from Princess Auto (Canadian version of Harbor Freight...Eh?) I wasn’t completely comfortable with that one because the handle was bent so I had a backup beside it. Also put big wooden blocks under where I might be working. (Ex fire fighter/military infantry officer... seen...
Who here works on their own rigs? How far will you go before taking it to a shop?
I grew up on a farm in Northern New Brunswick Canada on the NB/Maine border and we always did our own maintenance and repairs. My rig has never been to a shop since I bought it. All mods, repairs, and maintenance...
They have a pretty sweet and down to earth channel. They just hit 1000 subscribers this month and have been consistent and honest even through a pandemic. Aldo was an aeronautical engineer and Darsh was a concessions manager for MLSE in Toronto. They quit their jobs to do this full time the...
