Looks like for the time, they have. Seems for the moment the T4 is their small option. Your friend could possibly find 1 used for sale still in good condition. Or check other stores that may have a few in stock. Good luck to them. I enjoy my T4.

The best thing to do is try it out in that location a number of times. Change or upgrade only if you start feeling it would improve things.

The TRD off-road will give you the best platform for a build-a-rig with that budget. Rear locker, crawl control, and a great aftermarket support. Plenty of ideas to help on YouTube when you have a chance.
