As others have stated i agree totally : good A/T tires, rocker guards/under skids, tools ENJOY Ps : This is coming from a guy who did all the “cool mods that where needed”

To answer the original question, the AEV 2.5” lift is a very good product. Upon its original release for the JK I was sold on it. Another option is build your own OldManEmu setup . If yours is not a Rubicon trim make sure to add protection (rocker guards and belly skids).

What’s the purpose of lifting? How much extra eight have you added to the vehicle?

Don't LIFT! Protect your truck, example : sliders (ditch nerfbars) and belly skid(s) first. After you do minimum sliders, my next move would be recovery gear. Straps, D-Rings, Shovel/Axe, and Tool Set I know everything I mentioned is not on the WOW list, but it is what's going to protect you...
