If you can get to where it’s treaded into the frame or nut PB Blaster and let soak at least a day then weld a oversized nut to the head of the bolt
between the PB Blaster and the heat from welding it should back out
This has worked for me before best of luck
My rig is also my tow rig so it’s only a 3500lb for pulling stranded vehicles onto car trailer
but have used it once for recovery with a pulley block
since I ran power to the rear I also put a Anderson plug for jumper cables
One controller two panels had questions on install

The ladder is recycled safety poles off a trampoline
The mounts are light mounts from tractor supply
The ladder is rubber mounted to to the rack and plastic mounts at the latches on the bumper to allow for flex

If we are traveling a route then RTT is on truck. If day trips out coming back to Base Camp we take trailer with RTT this saves daily set up and pack up time We enjoy the consistency of the RTT If out without the better half then its a hammock for me

I currently have one set up to carry five Kayaks three on top and two in middle also works well go trips to lumber yard
