Rausch or AOAA are pretty good. There are no official public trails in MD and not private parks that I know of. My club usually goes to Pa or VA to do any offloading.

I'm in MD and get to Vermont a few times a year. I'll be up for the Vermont Overland Rally

Actually, the 00 did have the rear diff lock, at least my 2000 3.4 5-speed did. I think the center diff lock was for the automatics only, but the manuals still had it. Also, 2000 was the last year of the manual in the 4Runner.
