Don't remember which site number, maybe 35?? Can do on the convoy. Lowes is on the right just past the HT distribution center in Matthews, would that work?

Campsite reserved. Unfortunately we won't be able to get out of Matthews early enough to make it before they close up for the night so we'll be arriving Saturday and staying until Sunday.

Pretty sure there is an event going on the weekend after called the Winter Safari. Might be something to look in to. Wife and I were considering, but it doesn't fit the schedule. Safe travels and let us know if you make it.

I'm keeping an eye on the weather. If it stays mild I might head over a little earlier and camp out. If not, I'll be up for leaving when ever and joining the convoy from Charlotte/Matthews area.

Do you feel the RV-4 is roomie enough for 2 cots and a path down the center? Also, what seasons have you used yours in? Thanks in advance for all the answers.

Does anyone have any experience with an Oztent brand ground tent? I can't go for a RTT for reasons listed before (no where to store, no one to help load/unload...) and feel that the Oztent with cots might eliminate most the "issues" people have with ground tents.

Sorry I missed this post. Would have worked. Keeping an eye on the Winter Safari. I'm thinking if Santa brings me the Oz tent I asked for it will be a go.
