I've been using a Country Smokers portable for a few years now... I bought it as a cheaper alternative to the Traeger portable, and its been good. It doesn't have a 12v option, but my truck is a hybrid with 7.2kW of power, so no worries there. It looks very similar to the pit boss mentioned...

When you get the battery and are ready to install the hub, rotate the plug cover to fit it into its storage position; I tried to fold it back and it would close before I could get the hub plugged in :expressionless:
I use a Dr Prepare 12v 100 Ah battery that has a USB / 12v hub; no inverter. Like you, I had no use for an inverter, and got way more capacity (1280 Wh) for a lower price. I have used it to run my fridge for up to 5 days and only used half its capacity. Only downside is that if there is a...
I've got the matching truck in the shorter wheelbase. Sometimes I wish I got the 6.5 bed, sometimes (parking) I'm thankful I didn't ;P

Adarac bed rack
RTT on the bed rack... tried to keep it low for handling and parking at home/work

..my first mountian bike had that same fork (from around 1994?).. hopefully it got an upgrade to a spring kit at some point, because it was an elastomer based dampener which is likely either turned to stone or dust by now!
I am curios to know what worked / didn't work in your attempts to self rescue? hi-lift, shovel, max trax, air-down, etc?
I bought a zr2 at the beginning of the year, played in the snow a bit, but haven't used it in the sand much. This last weekend I got stuck in 2wd in a small sand dune off a...
