Yes, there are two cracks on the dash, one over the gauge cluster and one where they all get it on the upper left corner of the passenger airbag panel. That one was made much worse by the techs who replaced the Takata Airbag this summer.
Fortunately, the 2500 does...

I was looking at the Armadas too since the suburban has been in the shop for 2 months. The dealership and several shops cannot find out why its running hot (not overheating but hot enough it shuts the AC off). Ultimately I've decided to keep the Suburban for now because I'd really like a 2021+...
The hidden winch is really nice. I couldn't find an off the shelf hidden carrier for the winch. That whole front end setup really added a lot of weight. Did you go with synthetic line?
Once you get used to the versatility, space, and payload ability of a Suburban it's very hard to consider...

Just out of curiosity, have you had any issues with your Suburban running hot while idling with the AC on?
Got a remote start system from Start-X on Amazon. It took about 30 minutes to install and works great! It uses my existing keyfob and starts after hitting the lock button 3x. Can't even tell its there after putting everything back together.
Looking very good! To me, they add a bit of safari cred to the rear of the vehicle lol. Mine were an absolute pain to get on. The two rear mounting brackets weren't bent right and I had to bend them to form manually with a mallet like a caveman.
I'm going to have to replace the mounting...
