Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
The original plan was to cross the river and continue down the trail to ardbeg. The river was way too high because of the spring run off, it's probably half that width at normal levels.
Finally we are getting some great weather here! Figured I'd take a run up the bruce peninsula to a hidden lighthouse just to have some lunch with my old man and the dog. Totally worth the 4hr drive :sunglasses:
Found a little side trail that end at a beach, score! Still way to cold for...
Totally by accident as I bought the new stove on an impulse buy. The rubber feet on match up with the drawer sides and it's at a reasonable height for cooking!
Little update from today. Rain has been limiting to amount I'm able to work on this recently but I've got alittle more done.
First I added some daily carry stuff to the drawer to see how it all fits.
awning accessories and stove basically. Found a little magnetic led puck light that works...
Figured I share my list here too.
Ive taken the basic first aid & cpr for years (paid for by work  ) recently I've started taking the wilderness first adi and advanced first aid corse offered here. Glad I have the knowledge to use what I carry, but hope I never have to!
