I have finished painting the 16” steel wheels I picked up a couple weeks ago, they were ruff. I had to strip some rusting with naval jelly. Afterward i primed and painted them. I’m happy with the results. Should get new tires on this coming week or so. Sent from my iPhone using OB Talk

I found in another diy project if you get the 3/4 inch pvc, you can feed the 1/2inch into it. This could help with the flex somewhat.
