The way the beta app plays with the production app is going to be rough. I think we can attribute it to the new map features, and how they play with the production environment. If you went into dev mode (by tapping the big logo on the login screen 3X) i bet it would work OK. It should.

Hi Steve - the app has a seperate "Trail" tab (you will see that above the map). To view offroad trails, go to that tab. you can then filter for specific trail features. Now - just when you get used to that, we are changing it in the next release to consolidate "Resources" and "Trails" into one tab.

Those are very good recommendations from Brian. Reiterating sliders (not steps) which will definitely save you. Recovery gear - up to you. Winches can make life easier, but you can do a lot with a shovel and rocks (if you have rocks).

We confirmed there is an issue with the offline map display. I’d be curious if you go into settings and turn on “offline mode” is you see better resolution.

Copy that. I believe this is fixed in the next release - I cannot reproduce in my Beta build - think we are all set. It will be a week or so before the new build is available since we are working on releasing Expedition Mode. Thank you for letting me know!

Great to know. I think I confirmed this the other day. The intent is that you get all that detail at navigation zoom level. Sounds like we need to do some tuning. I’ll report what we download and we’ll go from there. Thanks!

I like this suggestion. Good leaders make good followers and vice versa. A rating system and a fit of “sign up” investment might weed through some chaff, and also provide some info for the planner. @armyRN this was a very solid and well organized trip.
