Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
You guys are the reason I got into Overlanding.. Seen every YouTube video you've got on there! Thanks for your contributions to the Overlanding community. As you see, your time, sweat, tears and blood have helped numerous people get out and explore more than you know! Thanks again for what...
We will be having a Overland Bound - Midwest meet down near there in August...you should come. We may not hit all the trails on that meet but it would be a good time to discuss some of the routes we take and get to know some of the local Overlanders. Here is a pic of me doing a water crossing...

This is the first Overland Bound - Midwest meet and greet. I am so excited to make this happen! The exact itinerary and location are TBD (to be determined) but it will be in the Hoosier National Forest area. Details will come very soon! The dates are 100% but the exact location will be posted in...
I'm running a route this weekend, if all is well we will planit for some time in August and run this same route. I'll be back with a trip report on Monday and will probably nail down a date next week.
Bumping this thread for a reminder... Although this isn't an Official Overland Bound - Midwest meet, quite a few members including myself will be there. Should be a good time, they're calling for rain and chillier conditions so dress/pack accordingly. We camp rain or shine.
Awesome and welcome, man!! Are you on Facebook? If so, go join the Overland Bound - Midwest page! Another great way, besides here to connect with local Overlanders!
That is part of the reason for Indiana, based on the polls (Mainly the one on Facebook) puts Indiana at around 4-6hr drive for the majority of Midwest region members.
