Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
Wow, what a great net we had tonight! Thank you everybody who could join, bringing all the great radio related questions and answers. Brent KJ7BHN mentioned we’ll be repeating this topic monthly to keep it going. Also thank you to the KG4DVE repeater group in Ashland KY for linking with our net...
Happy Friday everyone! I'll be your net control this evening. Our theme tonight is HAM radio Q&A. If you have questions or would like to share cool radio things you are working on, tonight is the night. As always, all amateur radio operators are welcome and encouraged to check in.
Hope to catch...
Greetings! We had another great net tonight. Really enjoy catching up with everybody and especially welcome our first-time check-ins. Firsts for tonight are an Australia check-in (VK2DY) and first net participation while walking a dog. As mentioned in the announcements, we are looking for net...

First off, congratulations and welcome to the HAM radio community! There is a lot to digest at first so try not to get discouraged with radio setup, etc. The chirp program mentioned above is a great way to program the VHF/UHF radios. You may need a special cable for your BF radio...
