Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
I was just looking at the Go Pro on eBay and Amazon I never used one or know anyone that has one. I still have features on my phone that I don't use so I don't know what I need. I want to take video as I drive and edit it and save it. I will be a using it for my company and off road trips so it...
I am happy with my ice chest and I used a 12v frig for years but not anymore I may go back to one. I should have a dual battery in my truck by winter where If kill one battery I can switch to the other to start my rig but camera and go-pro gear is something that I am starting to collect and I...
Yeah, now that I look at it. It is a general discussion. I had been holding these Ideas in my head and was leaving the office and so I posted them in the same place in a hurry.
I am enjoying the forum and getting great ideas.
Rock sliders with steps is an idea. I'm driving a Dodge Ram 2500 Ext cab 4x4 on 35's and a 6in lift. I do take it into tight spaces and a rock slider would be a cool and needed add on.
I broke my chrome bullet step on my wife's side off on a rock and now using a ladder for her to get in. I am only running 35's but she is short and this ladder in and out getting old. Any ideas that are easy adjustable to get out of the way when wheeling and back in place fast. I am not fond of...
Lindenwood, An Ice chest air conditioner. I had thought about this one. An ice chest, block of ice, a 90 degree pvc tube, a small electric fan, and a small solar panel. The block of ice in the ice chest, cut a hole in the ice chest lid for the 90 degree pvc tube that will point to you, another...
I run 315/75/16 (34 1/2 in) and I aired down to 15 on my Full size Dodge ram with gear but aired up on paved road. I like to run no smaller then a 34 in tire because when you air down you'll drop in clearance to and I need clearance. It also depends on how rough the trail is, rougher = less air...
My sleeping has arrangement has changed over the years. When I was young and drank like a sailor, where ever I landed was good enough. There wasn't space in the jeep. Then a tent with the kids for a years. Now in my 40's and kids gone, I have the space in the back of my Dodge Ram with a snug...
I been to Bald mountain on jeep runs. I liked to go again so if you can set date and I'll see if I can go. I'll camp in the snow. I am planning to go to courtright reservoir soon too. I am currently planning my summer and winter camping spots this year.
Lindenwood, like the box. that's what I'm going to do too. Except I'm in a truck . I take a compressor with me like the one you have. Here's what I am doing with my compressor. Mounting the motor about where you have yours and running a tube down thur floor to 3 tanks mounted up in the between...
I use a blanket to cover the back seat and a towel to dry her off when she gets wet before getting into the truck. Now the dog hair, that's a different story. vacuum a lot. Every time I fish she like to get into the water and come stand by me and shake getting me all wet too. Pals.
I've tried some cheap one and now thinking of going to a GO PRO that will record continually and take it out and use it for videos.
Any one know which GO PRO to use? I see motorcycles have them on their helmets.
Cool, I'm going to fish the Johnson Dale Bridge and hike up next month. I'll check that website out. I stop at that Fly shop on the way back from Manache Meadow.
