Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
I have a blackpine grizzly -25 2 person canvas (I think) sleeping bag in my RTT. They also have it as a 1 person. It makes a great mattress pad in warmer weather and can keep you nice and toasty in cooler temps. I've only been down to mid to high 30s I think, but I slept in shorts and short...
That's good. I was wondering how secure they really were with that configuration. :)
I've got a couple of front runner stratchets for my traction tool on top, they've held well for a while, but those powertyes look interesting, and not near as pricey.
You've got lots of room up there, that's pretty nice. I wish mine were a little longer myself.
Seems like to storage cases up top coule vibrate and shift forward or backward while driving. Or is there a lip or something I didn't see?
It looks nice and stout. Very nicely done. I like how you did it. I was thinking of doing something similar, though I was going to go a tiny bit wider, thinking 6x8 or something near there. Still brainstorming though.
Hi, and welcome to OB!
Nice looking trailer you've got going there. Are you building from a kit or plans? What material are you using. Looks very sturdy. If you are using a kit or have plans, I'm curious to see where you got them. I've been thinking of doing a trailer as well.
Thanks
Does it focus in front or behind what you want? Maybe just need calibration? Does your body allow focus fine-tuning per lens? I think it's called micro focus adjustment.

The higher the zoom the more adjustment for tracking. Haha. I have a tripod with a tracking head but I've never been able to use it. Frustrating. One day I will though.
Shooting lunar eclipse is hard but so fun and rewarding when you get a good shot or two. Wish I could have gone out this...
The third is my favorite. What gear were you using?
One of the harder things is tracking the moon across the sky.
Here's a supermoon lunar eclipse I got back in 2015.

I wanted to get out to capture it, but couldn't leave daughter alone to be able to go someplace with a decent view. :( hope others got some good shots to share.

I know the feeling. I wish I had my 96 LC. Didn't have lockers, but I did add 2.5" OME heavy duty lift (had plans for new bumpers). Was a great beast. I miss it.
Nice family shot.
Thanks. I'll look into it, though I don't have this body / lens anymore. I was shooting a 400 mm with a 2x extender on a 5d rs (or sr) 50 megapixel camera which let me zoom in quite a bit without losing details. The other dot in the upper left is Jupiter. It's pixelated if you zoom in a lot but...
