Thanks Dave...will definitely start a thread for our upcoming trip. Our trips are definitely more about hanging out in beautiful locations rather than covering territory. Our last trip was 5 months and covered 7000km. Dedicating large chunks of time...gotta love retirement ; )

We did come across a couple on our travels and for sure they're pretty impressive.. The manufacturer (DongFeng) is popular and provides all types of vehicles. They make a H1 type that certainly looks very capable as well

hey Lee Yes...open markets can provide a lot of entertainment. And for sure it is a constant reminder of where our food comes from...outside of the realm of processed and packaged food. Free range everything for the most part.

Those Trailhawk versions are awesome...almost bought a Cherokee Trailhawk but could justify the money they were asking. Styling is beautiful though.

Dig the bike...we always travel with ours. Couldn't imagine it any other way. Allows us to go deeper and find stuff we otherwise wouldn't. Also gives us the ability to ride out for supplies during long camps.
