Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
A few of the guys on Portal are saying that it'll never hold but since Yakima (sp), Thule, Ford and Toyota use rivet nuts I have to assume they'll hold well. ..especially because I'll be using so many of them. I'm doing all my measuring, cutting and painting tonight and I'll do the actual...
Has anyone here retrofit or made a custom roof rack system for their Rigs?
I recently picked up an adjustable track system from an '05-ish Ford Expedition. I'm going to trim it to the appropriate length and mount it to the roof of my Supercrew F150.

Thanks @administrator!
Little update for a new part arrival today!
Now This is a proper Transmission oil cooler. The Original is less than half this size.
Tru-Cool Max LPD47391 is the exact Cooler used in the 7.3 and v10 Superduty trucks so it'll be an easy replacement if anything should...
