Nope not this go around. My last bumper had dual swing outs and I'm kind of over it. This bumper will be able to be purchased with swing outs if that's what someone desires. By me I'm not doing swing outs.

Sorry I was referring to the roof rack bars and feet. How do those mount to the cab? Are they universal?

Nope you can stick with Oem wheels. Right now I have Oem raptor wheels with 35" falken wildpeak MT's.
