    I have a Gobi Stealth and, although I have been on it to load things for a trip - never standing - without any issues, I don't know that I would feel comfortable standing on it.

    I believe it. After spending four weeks in Iceland, during the past two years, perhaps the best thing I can say about Iceland (and there are many great things in and about Iceland) is that Icelanders are the most generous and genuine people you will ever meet, even to complete strangers!

    I have my HAM license, but I'm going on a trail run and they are using GMRS. My nephew and I also are starting to go on trail runs together, as well. The great thing about the handheld radios is if you need to get out and spot someone.

    I've been watching this thread and doing research, based upon the suggestions offered ... I'm opting for the Viair 45043 (450-P). It seems no one here has mixed emotions about Viair products. ARBs are nice, but pricey.
