Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
I have 2 max trax and 2 PAP, mounted 2 on each side. I got lucky and found them both about a month apart on my local Craigslist. $50 for each set!
See my threads on how I mounted them;

O boy, lots to stop and see, I road my bicycle down from Astoria in 01. Stop and see; Ft Ross, the church at Sea Ranch, Darlington plants in Oregon? walk the bridge at Noyo Harbor, Breakfast at Samoa Cookhouse. Ah some of those are on Hwy 1 not 101, my bad. With covid I don't know what...
Marina, Welcome to the campfire!
Since you've been car camping you probably know most of the needs stuff and it will just become picking the right gear for you. So much on the vehicle choice depends on how you like to camp and where you like to go. How far in the Outback do you want to go...
I've been binging Kung-Fu movies on YT. I noticed that they use woks for the fire pit when cooking in the home courtyards. Fill it with wood and fire it up!

I've been through there with 8" clearance at the diffs a few years back. I have heard on the Saline Valley forum, Saline Preservation Association , that last winter/spring storms changed it and it is more difficult now, as is the sand by Eureka Dunes. I know nothing about the capabilities of a...
I have an old Coleman 2 burner stove and a Stanley cookset. The cookset doesn't sit good on the wide grill slots. I fixed it by using bicycle spokes to cross hatch the gap.
It's all on my blog; https://poppageno.blogspot.com/2021/...grill-fix.html
Shaun living where you do gives you lots of options for rock and gem hunting. Youtube has several rockhunting videos in Nevada. I've not looked for Oregon videos as I go to NV. I have plenty of rocks(not just in my head) from my travels and I take my metal detector and find lots of scrap nails...
