Bumper turned out ok...for my first one... I feel better already 12,000 pound winch installed.

While the bumper isnt perfect...I did stick weld the whole thing...it will do. I am still planning on adding a brush guard of some kind.

Finished my auxiliary fuse panel. Everything that works through this panel comes from the 2nd battery. All protected with a 150 amp fuse. I will be using 2 of those relays for lights that I have now...I installed extra since I was there. I still have room to add 6 more circuits from that fuse...

Thanks for sharing that information...one of these companies has a 3 year warranty on the jugs they sell...maybe its a different material.

And I finished my auxillary fuse panel too..i put it in place of the fuse box..

So be honest..this is the pushbar that was already on my truck when I bought it. My co worker asked if I was gonna put it back on...so I did a test fit up...what do you guys think?
