So you guys will be out there on Thursday to secure a camp? If so, I was thinking of coming out earlier so I could make stops in Farmington and Durango on my way out and stay a day poking around Buena Vista. Would like to meet up early if allowed?

This. Always have 2 to 3 packages of baby wipes in my camping gear anyways, plus another 1 or 2 stashed in the Jeep. I also always bring a bunch of TP and paper towels as well. I am clumsy and spill stuff all the time, so I always have extra.

This yearly subscription is totally worth it. I used this and the books for references.

Also, while you there, if you hit Back of Beyond Books, in down town, they have a couple other Utah specific trail guides that cover more trails than the FunTrek book for sale as well as local trail maps.

Chicken Corners is fun. Ran that one my last trip out to Moab. Spent a good part of the day on it poking around and exploring spurs and taking in the views.

If I had the know how, I would have built mine. But I bought one at Overland Expo West 2 years ago on a deal and been loving my Tembo Tusk Skottle. That and my Jetboil is about all I bring for cooking on anymore.
