They said the ruts were still there, not impassable, but it does sound like they are getting worse each time it rains and gets driven through. I'm def bringing my shovel and willing to help fix them if everyone is cool with stopping for a little bit. And I always have a spare trash bag.
Your best bet is going to be Uwharrie. If you stay off the crazy hard trails you should be alright. Don't be afraid to shy away from state parks either. My kids have a blast just hanging around the camp site and playing in the woods.

Just put Toyo AT3's on the truck Monday. Driven about 200 miles of road so far and they're great. Very little noise. No issue in the rain either. Taking them off-road next weekend.
