I went with the Blue Ridge Overland Gear Recovery Backpack. Great guys and great gear. Easier to lug a backpack around when you are setting up a recovery. Especially since a recovery never happens on smooth, flat and dry ground. ‍♂️

Is anyone coming from Overland East to do this trail ride? Myself and one more rig may leave The Expo and join you. We were thinking of hitting Flagpole on Saturday anyway.

Myself and several friends are coming in from Richmond, VA. Camping there at least on Friday night. We are planning on hitting several trails over the weekend with the possibility of finding a more remote site to camp Saturday night.
