In Montana you register it. This gets you a Vin that has to be etched or stamped into the tongue of trailer. Then get an appointment with a sheriff deputy to come by and verify Vin and lights. Pretty easy and cheap.

I have a prinsu rack with a rhino lined roof. The lining has held up well and looks good. Not real sure what else to say on the matter. With a rack is the lining needed? Prob not. Aesthetically, it looks great.
