I use a camp chef explorer 2 burner. its bigger and more cumbersome but we set it up in one location and throw the bbq box and a flat griddle and its golden. probably one of my favorite things for camping

Guess I should update. Still John, But both the XJ and the GMC Sierra are gone. It was tough selling the XJ as I had it for 11 years and had put a lot of work into it. Now days I get around in my @016 Ram Rebel, fun truck. Mods to come
