There are numerous campgrounds within the Park, depends on where you want to be. 98% of Park visitors never get to the Many Glaciers area, or up to the Waterton Lakes area. There is also dispersed camping outside of the Park, like at Hungry Horse Res.

Meander south to San Benito and up the back side of Pinnacles N.P.

We drove from the N.W. Overland Rally to Grand Coulee, then south. We stopped at the Dry Falls visitors center; which is worth the effort. Then continued south through Moses Coulee down to Wallula Gap. Even the Walla Walla Valley was affected by the Floods. DG

That trip was a "Go look, see, collect, take notes" I had business to do, and was on a timeline. Some of our best travel we have had in California and the Pac Northwest - was without a schedule, timeline and with fall-back plans. I love to Flyfish, take photos, hike trails. Sometimes a Canyon...

Start with attending the N.W. Overland Rally, in Plain, WA - then meander north through the Cascades, into Vancouver, north to Whistler to attend the B.C. Overland Rally. Then the balance of the time driving to Kamloops. There is alot to see in B.C... You could spend a month and not see it all...

I think a 'meet and greet' - casual. The only agenda item I think, is "do we want to rotate to different breweries, so we don't wear out our welcome?" DG
