tires/suspension/performance. learn to read maps. dont get in over your comfort zone. recovery gear should be once your rig is fairly well built and experienced to begin pushing that zone.
I started to make some the other day but the hardware came out to more than half the price of the actual one from Hi Lift. so decided to opt for the real thing.
looking for range rover classic. CA legal smog. 3.9 or larger. prefer with an LT230. no portofino reds.
used as daily driver/expedition ready fishing rig.
Not Ozark or Walmart but Walmart makes a very similar version for about $10 less. Got this one from Dicks for about $50, Its a Quest brand awning tent. fits great on my ARB 2500
I can say I'm happy with the purchase. Put it to the test over the holiday weekend. Held up to some light rain and cold nights. Being 6'3" it was a nice change from my backpacking tent being able to stand and change inside. Compared to the price of higher end name brand awning tents I think...
Do you have a part # for your air filter? I put in a KN filter almost a year ago but it doesnt have the fins. neither did the stock filter i replaced. wondering if im missing out on any vortex/forced air not having them
ya thinking about it. It comes with a rainfly to cover the mesh area but its almost an exact fit so definitely leaves some room for vulnerability. biggest difference i noticed between this and the walmart one after purchase is this one has more mesh on the ceiling area and comes with windows...
Went to dicks after work and picked one up. Hard to beat for the price. Snaps right onto my arb awning. Feels like it's pretty durable as well. The bottom essentially has a heavy duty tarp sewn on to act as a built in footprint .Only concern will be warmth with the size and mesh cieling.
came across this tonight while looking for a larger tent for when my girlfriend and our two doberman/german shepherds come camping. I currently have a big agnus fly creek ul2 that i use for backpacking or just the 2 of us and just want a fairly cheap alternative for when the dogs come/can beat...
Nice! fished a little on the stanislaus last weekend outside of yosemite. Only got a small wild one. Checked out the Merced in the park and saw some fatties in the river.
