Welcome! I'm on the East Coast, but originally from NM. There's a group out of El Paso that frequently goes in to NM for trail rides. I've seen a couple of their videos on YT. I think it's Southwest Overland. They seem fairly reasonable on trail selection and everyone drives home :)

Define your "use case"....how are you going to use it and what/who do you want to take a long? ....how much do you want to spend?

Was clicking around and looking to see if there was a section for new owners. Might be a good way to communicate. Haven't seen any new [status] updates since the offering was closed and a few messages came out about delays with perks etc.

Thanks for posting. I have something similar, but all one unit. Mine doesn't work too well, however...the container that holds the coffee would eventually clog and only about half the water would seep through. I like this one...

The club I ride with is using CB with no plans to change, so I'm going to install CB in the cab , but I would like to avoid having to install multiple antennas. Would I be able to use a CB antenna (which is longer) with a GMRS or HAM transceiver? Or, is there a mount that can host either...
Wow, that Exped Max Duo 15 must be like sleeping on a cloud...I'd be anxious to try the others if they're even more comfortable than the REI Camp Dreamer. I have to agree that the pillow-pump that comes with it is pretty useless. I just put my mouth to the valve and gave it about 5 full breaths...
I recently went in to my local REI to buy an Exped Duo, but they were out. The Rep there recommended their in-house brand "Camp Dreamer" which was about $80 less expensive than their price for the Exped. I was told it was the same manufacturer with a similar design; one way inflate and one way...
