I have an extra collapsible sink you can have. I bought several for my setup- then realized they don't nest together so three white tubs from Walmart actually takes up less space for me. anyway, PM me if you want it.
I have a set of Japanese cast iron sizzling plates. keeps food warm for a long time- really nice in winter! they are kinda like the plates for fajitas at the restaurant
I don't pre-crack the eggs. that way I don't have to take up precious fridge space. I just buy ordinary eggs from the grocery store. I have found that normally the eggs will stay fresh, even in Arizona, for at least two weeks.
growing up in Arizona, I would go midnight fishing for catfish with my neighbor. Inevitably, his dad would always kill a couple of rabbits on the dirt road driving out to the fishing hole and we kids would pierce them with a willow branch and roast them up on an open fire for a midnight snack!
I am probably the closest member to the expo. Let me know if I can help organize anything. you can also mail anything like OLB banners or flags or such to my house for others to pick up.
Cheers,
Scott
here's the one I have. Last year they updated their design and improved the removable handle. Similar to the Magma set, but cheaper, and in my opinion- better.
