    Stock 2016 4runner tires

Tires, Rims, both, New, used, Miles? Tires are tires the problem is most people don’t know how to mount their own tires or get them mounted. But I’d imagine new 4Runner tires cost 800$ plus with out rims. The stock rims probably aren’t worth much which is sad because I’d prefer the smallest rim...

    suspension

As said before I would avoid going the full 3 inches as that is where it start to put significant strain on the upper control arm. If you really want to squeeze in bigger tires then squeeze the budget for a proper lift otherwise stay with a simple 2 inch lift level kit.

    Hello from Seattle

As I learned so well on a Overland Bound trip with the right group of people you can pretty much drag anything through an overlanding adventure(not always recommended) but your rig in your driveway is more capable then you might think. If it says 4x4 on it it’s probably built with a bit more...

ABC News report: National Parks under fire now for racism

This problem is reflected everywhere. Not being interested in something is different then racism. In some cases you can change the environment to make different sub groups feel more welcome and invited. I don’t really think you can change the wilderness. But they could make efforts to advertise...

I’m starting from seattle but as I work as early as 4am on a regular occasion I’m fine either way. Obviously we will need to make up the time somewhere or push the trip out and extra day. Both work for me as well but lots of people in the group.

US Northwest June 2020 WABDR - Washington Backcountry Discovery Route

Sounds great. As I’m still pretty green the kids and I hope to lean on the group for some education. I received GMRS and set it up in the truck today. My rig is still a work in progress so don’t have much in way of recovery gear but a strong willingness to learn. Not sure if we wanted to do any...

Getting a GMRS so I should be ready to roll. On the fence about brining the dog and two kids. The pup would love it but I don’t know about the extra work. Getting excited. Missed a few vacations the last few months so this should make up for it.
