Hey All - John here from California, the Santa Cruz Mountains. I'm currently in a 2018 Toyota Tacoma Off Road Double Cab Long Bed I'm new to overlanding - sort of. I have camped alot including leading a group of 30 through central Mexico for two months in tents. But - that was another life...

Anyone use a truck bed tent? I'm starting out and don't have the $$ for a RTT. Have a ground tent. I like the idea of being off the ground - but I expect the issue will be removing the gear. My truck is also my daily driver, so I have to keep it versitle. Thoughts?

Thanks... my rig is my dd, so I have to keep it simple. 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road. Only mod is so far are Total Chaos bed stiffiners.
